SMOG DOCTOR ships with the international couriers GLS Logistics and DHL Express.

Delivery:
Orders will be delivered to the courier within 5 days working and the delivery to you normally will be within the following 48 hours.
Parcels are traveling uninsured. It is your responsibility to be present at the address you have given us . The courier ensures also a second passage. If you willl not be present even the second delivery attempt, the courier will stock your parcel at its depot nearest to you with an extra cost of 10 € at your expense.

It will be your responsibility to collect your parcel as quickly as possible. In the event of failure to collect the parcel will be returned to Smog Doctor.
Who signs the document at the delivery, is always responsible of delivery.
If the goods are damaged, please accept the delivery with reservations. No claims will be accepted if acceptance has not occurred in this manner.
